I am absolutely entranced with these images, so perfectly executed, so fascinating, I can't choose a favorite, but I definitely placed my vote for you. I am puzzled about set 4, the last two images. Very similar, but obviously one is of a young boy and the other is an older boy or man. They're wearing white tank tops and resemble each other. The person doing the shoving in both images is wearing the same clothes, but the fingernails are longer in the second so I'm puzzled. I assume it's a man and his son possibly? Was the "barber" the same person or do all the barbers wear the same attire? Burma has always been fascinating to me, ever since I did a presentation of the country in school years ago. Thank you for sharing your incredible collection. I have now added one more trip to my bucket list.
Thank you, scorpio1, butlerkid, psharvic, and gladys!
@ gladys: This is Day 2 (head-shaving day) of the Monk Novitiation Ceremony where the young boys are officially entering the monastery. Several boys were going through the head-shaving process all at the same time and the "barbers" are actually several red-robed monks who are not related to the boys. BTW, thanks for your vote - appreciate it!
I like these - there's a technical proficiency to them - and they're okay as a general share. As a photo essay I'd definitely want to see more environmental portraits contextualising the subjects as you did with the additional images. Well done.

Thanks! I can certainly post more environmental portraits like the above Set 7.
