Appreciate it, gem and Andre! I did get shots of the first (blond) model with her smiling, but her face wrinkles up too much with her smiles, no matter how soft they are. Her laughter is great to capture, but wasn't the right fit for these shots.
What great news, Ron. That is a win-win situation for everyone. You do such beautiful work. And thank you for inviting me to tag along on one of your photo shoots a few years ago. I learned a lot from you. I am sure that we all want to keep on seeing your work.
Very fine series and ideal for the publication. What I like about this is the consistent style and fine attention to detail ... both compositional and lighting.
It seems that your hard work over the years doing things you love is paying off and you are getting well deserved professional recognition. It is wonderful to do art, and it is even better when your art puts proper steak and potatoes (and probably a fine glass of wine) on the table.
