#1 I'll give great respect to the textures in your whities here Ron Has a nice animated comp too, very pleasing buddy.
I too like that Cowbird shot, such a villainous looking character!
#4 The Red Crested Dwarf Cormie is on impressive shot, nailed it IMHO to the max
#5 Geeeesh these birds are stunning, lucky you my friend
Great shot on the Titmouse, very nice pose on the Caracara and one heck of headshot on the Beep Beep bird.
Good stuff Ron, very good, just ease the BG a bit on noise IMO.........
Karl

These are wonderful Ron...the painted bunting is really spectacular and I agree with your pick of the cowbird. Hard to believe you sat on these...but good for us that you found and posted them.

This is a lovely set of excellent images Ron. Love that roadrunner head shot. Bunting and cowbird are terrific. The rest rest are merely wonderful.
Thanx Ken for the kind words.

Wow, great pictures. I believe it's a Cardinal. However, never have seen one in real life. Thanks for sharing.
Thanx. Yes - it is a Cardinal. Asking for the identity of a common bird is an old gag some here occasionally resurrect just for fun.
These are all gorgeous shots!! I'm very partial to 2 and 5 because the birds are so beautiful but 3 is super awesome too. its too bad about the wingtip in #8, but still a really great shot.

A terrific set Ron, what were your selection criteria such that these did not make the first cut?!
Douglas
Thanx Douglas. Well, I took several thousand shots in Texas, so I had tons of very similar shots. These are probably not any better than shots posted earlier - just slightly different.
