A rain shower during sunrise at Canyonlands. Perfect timing from Mother Nature and an impressive light show for me. I've never seen something like that before...

Thanks Jim, no, you haven't missed anything. I felt quite happy that I had shot Mesa Arch the morning before because I think that with the Arch in the foreground I would have missed most of the wonderful sky.

Thank you Andrew! I shot like crazy during this short time frame, so there are pics with more foreground on my harddrive. They are still waiting to being processed...
I think this image is simply over the top. Not in a bad way. When you actually sit back and just LOOK at this image for a while you see exactly what I am talking about.
