They even say in the description that it will work within these packs. I am going to order one this week and will let you know my results once it arrives. Spent many hours looking for a replacement that doesn't cost $1k like the B&H site. Hope this helps some of you looking to make your packs much lighter for location work.

Good find! Question though - that is the battery inside the B1? I thought it had an odd shaped snap on battery? Mine are en-route and will be here Thursday... pretty excited!

This is for the 7B pack. Not the New B1. I was referring to the Older profoto packs, B1, B2 etc.
