Just once, I'd like to see you f* up a photo shoot. Are all your shoots epic? What kills me is how your wide shots with everything in focus looks just as damned good as your shallow DOF shots with the 200. No. 5 is just a killer shot. Normally, with everything in focus, I'm distracted by a million things in the shot. But this one just looks good, like everything was meant to be in the shot and in focus.
Did you really shoot both 6 and 7 wide open? It looks wide open, yet I'm amazed the guy is in focus in 7. I know you got his face close to the same plane as the girls, but there's still enough distance that if you shot wide open, I'd think he wouldn't be in focus.
Anyway, great job. Amazing as always.

Thanks Ron, I always appreciate your comments. Yes, I think I shot wide open with all the shots I took with the 200L. The further you are from your subject, the more forgiving the f2 is. I usually have the people in the rear bring their heads forward a bit so they are somewhat in the same plane. Thank you so much.

What he said. I wish my best looked as good as your crap. Wow.
Haha, it's my links that look fuzzy here. They look better on Flickr.

Beautiful shoot ! I'd really like to have seen a little less seriousness in my near favourite shots ; #6 & 7, just a smile on the lips would have done. So much so that #2 becomes my personal fav.
Thanks Frog, I actually have a few smiley ones of course. But when I was taking the picture, I didn't want all of their family pics to be "say cheese" and look at the camera. The sun was setting, there was a layer of foggy mist in the distance. I had to stop, take a step back and embrace the moment and do something for me.

Amazing how the 200 f2 can isolate subjects and I love your Wide shots as well.
Killer location, even better photography. Kudos.
Thanks Sanjay, it is an amazing lens. I thought the 70-200 II was fast and sharp. But this is in a different level.
