Decided to upgrade to the D810 and also picked up a relatively inexpensive Nikon 400mm f2.8 AFI lens.

Whenever the sun is out around these parts I tend to be working out of the basement. When it's time to go out and play, gray skies and fog.
One from Saturday at lock and dam 14 on the Mississippi. This shot was completely underexposed. The wings were black, brought it back the best I could.
