Quick snapshots testing out A7s at ISO 6400 (first with FE 35, second with ZM Sonnar C 50/1.5). Thinking about selling A7 and keeping this body, since I really want good video and great high ISO perf. Think it will pair really well with my GH4. Will hope they can deliver a 16 or 24 mp version of this camera in future.
Neither A7 or A7s let you choose a min shutter speed (unlike, say, a D800 that lets you choose 1/2/3x focal length as min shutter speed). That's why I shoot in manual mode with Auto ISO as Mawz suggests. Not the same though... it is kind of nice to be able to shoot in aperture priority knowing you won't be stuck at 1/60 or whatever it is Sony chooses for you all the time.
I use M with autoISO myself and have done so since getting the A7. There are just situations where A would be more convenient than having to look at overexposured pictures because the camera reaches ISO 100 and does not go any lower or increase the speed.

Is there anyone shooting JPEGs by A7s? and how good are skin tones and white balance? thanks!
It's really quite impressive. JPEG users have a lot of options, there are a variety of "modes", which mimic different color profiles and contrast curves, with some configuration within said modes. I would go so far to say that the WB of A7s has bested my previous champion for mixed incandescent/halogen/flourescent lighting, my Fuji S5 pro.
Nothing can compare with the GX7 for jpg though, it has a complete user adjustable color/tone curve (think curves in photoshop with the addition of blending overlays).
