Beautiful colors and really sharp. Is this the XT 1 or one of the others? I have heard that Fuji makes some of the best lenses, rivaling Canon and Nikon and even the legendary Leitzes.

Hi Dave, and thank you for your comments. This is the XT-1 and the comparatively cheap Fuji 55-200. These are all JPEGs shot at either ISO 800 or ISO 1600 if memory serves me. For me the lenses are the reason to shoot Fuji. My kit of choice has always been a pro Nikon or Canon body with a 70-200, 24-70, a wide angle zoom, and a macro. Now I go with the XT-1 with grip and any glass Fuji makes as they all seem very good to stellar with lower weight, smaller size, and a cheaper price rag. I anxiously await the two f2.8 zooms that are near to go with the recent Fuji 10-24 and the older 60mm macro I feel I will be pretty much set.
Anyway, the XT-1 is a very nice little rig though the grip IMHO makes it handle much better. The lenses are as advertised. So many great choices these days!
Thanks again,
Greg

Lovely shots of two really pretty dogs --- but I'm wondering too: which Fuji?
Hello, and it is the XT-1. The younger black dog is a test right now. Both have grandfathers who were Universal Sieger. The black one is kind of an experiment by Erin O'Shea the famous Harvard professor. She wanted to breed her Universal Sieger line to the famous working dog Bomber Vom Wolfsheim and this is the result lol. Right now she is beautiful but her manners are what you would expect from a 9 month old
We will get there though! The older dog is Triumphs Vom Whirling Thunder and more intelligent and much better behaved than I was as a young adult :-))
Thank You,
Greg
