I figured I'd share a few shots of the new Navajo Falls (I've also seen this called Upper Navajo Falls and 50 Foot Falls) from my recent trip to the Havasupai reservation. These were taken in the early morning on the way out of the canyon. This is a relatively new waterfall, formed during the flood of 2008. It seems to me it could use a few more years to clear out some rocks and dead foliage. Any feedback is welcome.
Very interesting looking. I think I need to get back there so I can shoot this new falls. I was in there last just before the flood that destroyed Navajo Falls. Of these, I think #2 is my favorite. It looks like there are a lot of possibilities for compositions with this.
