Here are a few shots from Havasu Falls from my trip this week, just before/after sunset. All are single exposures with a Canon 6D and 17-40L. Any comments are welcome.
Great set Kyle. I think #2 is my favorite for the comp and light, but I really like all 3 images. Would love to head back there to see what it looks like now.
Thank you everyone for the kind words. I had wanted to visit this area for a long time and finally got there last week. There are still signs of the floods in the area and the pools below the various falls could still use some more time to regrow, but it is definitely worth a trip. I have some shots of Mooney and the New Navajo Falls I'll post in a few days.

Very nice shots. What i would really like to see is a landscape shot of #1 with slightly less of the bush on the left extending to the right far enough to the right to include all (or most) of the lower falls. With the current crop on #1 i feel like i am missing half of the photo.

Thanks for the feedback. I struggled somewhat with avoiding some unsightly things around the falls including picnic tables (obscured in this shot by the bush), a fallen tree with a clean cut showing, and some caution tape over one of the more photogenic looking minor falls. Here's a landscape view taken from a little to the right of shot #1.
Excellent series. The lighting and composition are superb, and the colors really pop. I really like #3 and how the the red colors of the rocks are sandwiched between the blue/greens of the sky and water.
