I was thinking about the bluebells yesterday as I recalled past springtime visits to England, and then I thought "I wonder when Ute will post some of that loveliness?" and here it is, like magic! Thanks for keeping fine memories alive.
I love bluebell images, and I especially like the fine tracery of the green trees.
Just one thing though - I couldn't figure out what appears to be a bright green arrow in the top left corner.
Hi Ute -
Great shot - The only problem I have with it is that I want to see a close-up of the flower - Next time please include a shot of just one blossom -
Thanks -
Paul
Ute: I was thinking a week or so ago, it's about time for one of your Bluebell images. As always, a beautiful take on spring. And I'm glad you mentioned the Colonel. He had such a kind heart and was so enjoyable to be around; I too miss him dearly. He did such fine work, and oh so quietly -- and when he and Martin got together for the after dinner gatherings and antics -- those memories will last forever.
This is a very beautiful shot ScaryFox, oh sorry, Ute. I bet the air was clean and so fresh... I can almost smell it
I'm sorry, where was this taken again?

Thank you Gregg, for your kind words.
This was taken in a forest called Westwoods in the county of Wilthsire, UK.
We go there every spring for this particularly beautiful display of bluebells.
