I find #1 to be especially good (apart from the jumble on the left). The cow makes it.
It's interesting when the little things stand out isn't it. In the fourth image it's his watch that totally makes me think. Still herding cattle in the depths of Africa and time stands still yet he still wants to know what time it is.lol

Carey,
A different and very exciting look at one of the many aspects of Africa about which I know nothing.
Excellent work.
Charlie
I learned much more than thought I would going back. Thanks so much for checking these out
Carey,
I've been a lurker on FM for a while now and haven't really posted much, but I figured I would step out of lurker mode to say that I find these images (and your other images from this series) excellent. Thank you so much for sharing.
Humbling to look at them to be quite honest. #1 and #2 are especially moving to me.
The last one seems a tad too dark and would perhaps benefit from a little added contrast in my view. But it's a strong composition none the less.
Very good work Carey, thanks for sharing
I have to admit...I'm considering going back and retrying my conversion on the last shot (in the first set) as well. I agree that it needs more contrast and possibly to brighten the mid-tones. Thanks for looking and I appreciate the comment.

I really appreciate that! I love looking at this forum and all the great posts people share. It makes me want to travel to new areas that I would have thought of all the time
