hi Greg, awesome shot. loved the combination of the mountains and the falls.
is this a stitch of various shots or a blend of various.
Hi kdacharya
No it's not a stitch. Just a single shot taken very early in the morning.
Beautiful place, and amazing shot! The colours are saturated and the silk effect on water is in strong contrast to the standing-still mountain. Nice work!
Yup, that's awesome. My only nit is that the mountains feel like they're a little fuzzed out... did you use some type of Orton effect to more clearly establish a sense of depth?
Why thank you nburwell. I made it look this way since this landscape looks just like someone painted it.
When you say this do you mean certain PP to attain this look ? Still a beautiful shot and I like it.

Yes, it's a variation of masked out Orton effect, as some already guessed. It's a very beautiful filter I decided to apply on this shot. I didn't have to, of course, but this gives an image a 3D effect and more depth that gets lost when the pictures is taken and only 2D remain.

Perfect example of Orton done right. i have used it on a few of my shots over the years...it looks even better when you print it.
