I've always been a lurker over here, but never got around to sharing anything for some reason. I figured it's time to post and get to know some of the people around here and say hi to the folks I already know.
This is one of my favorite shots I have ever taken. From the summer of 2009, it features Reynolds Mountain, Cannon Mountain, and Mount Oberlin in Montana's Glacier National Park, photographed from atop a series of waterfalls.
Thanks for taking the time to check it out and leaving any feedback!
My only real feedback here is to keep posting more shots! What a really cool shot. The composition is really cool, and the lighting is incredible. Good work in both capturing it and processing it. I was about 3 weeks too early in Glacier last year, it was still covered in snow with no wildflowers. So you have reminded me why my goal with Glacier this year is to get after the snow has melted!
Again, great work, and I look forward to your participating in the forum here.

Thanks, Jim!
Yeah, I have found over the years that the perfect "sweet spot" seems to be the last week of July through the first week of August. Flowers are normally starting to bloom, but it's not so late into the summer that the creeks are drying up.
