Here are some of my favorite shots from a recent trip to the Everglades. I'd love to hear thoughts you may have on composition, particularly, but any suggestions and criticisms are most welcome!
Not much to say about these except
If I had one nit and it is really minor because in fact it's my favorite...the drake is a bit too centered for me...but everything else about it is so wonderful that I can easily overlook that.

Wow they all look splendid viewing on my retina mini even pulling them wow!
I give an A to all of them ... Compositions are wonderful too as well as detail and clean backgrounds.
The first ones eye is Stella!!
Number eight is oh so sweet in every way!! Just love it!

Ah, that's exactly the one I hoped someone would call me out on! I decided to break the rule on this one because as I tried different crops, none of them looked "balanced" to me due to the way the BG looks. You can see that the far left and right sides have a different coloration than the middle. I felt the centered crop looked more balanced or symmetrical due to the colorations on either side of center. Not to dismiss any other ideas, but just to share what I was thinking when I did it. Thanks for bringing it up, Eric!

Thanks for the encouragement, BB! Glad you like the GWT!
Wow, Mitesh, these are once again very very good images. I have to say for me the one that wins hands down is the #3 Cormie in the Rain....that is a very artistic and I would love to print that one if it were mine. My only nit on that one is the eye may be lost out of the perfect focus plane and I would have liked to see it as sharp as the nearby feathers are.
The other standout image is the Green Winged Teal, it is a very unconventional crop/placement of the duck but I love how it came out.
Well done my friend...beyond impressed
All outstanding but I really like the teal; at ease but totally aware, almost regal I'd say.
With the egret, I 've seen this play many times but it still boggles the mind - the single drop keeps everything real.
This set is very inspiring.
