In fact, I just got a notification that this image made it to the semi finals of the Wilderness Forever National Photo Competition and Smithsonian Exhibition. I am really psyched about it!

This photograph has really pushed me to study and experiment more for sure. I have two different versions posted on my website. This being kinda of a happy medium in between the other two. I am not sure what the top prices are for that wilderness/smithsonian exposition are, but I am sure that getting this work printed and shown in public at such a venue as the Smithsonian, would draw a good amount of attention perhaps.

So keep your fingers crossed for me!
