Thank you Tom. I have a long history of military service in my family and feel strongly that we, as a nation. do not do enough to show our gratitude. Jim
Jim, an excellent image. However, I wonder how those that died for our countries would feel if they could look at the world now. I agree that we should never forget. Unfortunately, there are those that prefer war to peace.

Pete, I hear what you are saying. I, for one, do not understand the direction we are headed. But, I far perfer peace over war, life over death; and family over country. But if somebody tries to take that away I am prepared to open up a major case of whup-butt on them. Jim

Very poignant image Jim. Both of my grandfathers were military men, in different eras...but I agree...much prefer peace...
Thank you Travis. We have documentation that every generation of my family have been involved in every conflict this country has entered since the Revolutionary War. I am proud that we appear to step-up when the need arises. Jim

Larry, I hope you take this the right way, as I can never forget. I was 17 when I went to Vietnam and 19 when I was told to return to a normal life. Live can suck at times. I am so thankful our returning vets are treated better today. Jim
