Sorry, but I don't know what that means. Technically, it is a bright exposure (8 seconds) taken down to the proper luminosity and then a couple of bright highlight areas healed using the "Blend if" method. But yes, it is not a bright and cheery image for sure. It represents the season (at least for me) pretty well, that I described. Kind of a clash of light and more ominous elements. What most don't catch here is that literally, directly behind me is a full blown rainbow going on!
This is really gorgeous - my first thought, though was .... Mordor! I can be weird that way. Enjoy your new home and surrounds; hope your days become more sunny as time goes by.
A couple comments, first I 'll remember what you had to say about Bend Oregon. I fill you had very good light despite others saying dark. A beautiful image and equally post processed work
As the post previous to me, can/willl you shed a little light on your HDR blend If method.
