Love the shot...and the imagination to get it...I think we're all kind of wacky when it comes to trying to get the shots we hope to, and that's where the fun comes in.

NIcely done! Now go to amazon and buy a remote shutter release that you can just trigger from when you get to the spot you want to be in the frame.
+1, but that doesn't remove anything from the creative idea and execution. Excellent image!

Brilliant idea and great execution! What lens did you use for this set up?
The lens used was a Nikon 16-35mm f4. Fantastic lens BTW. I'm ordering the 14-24mm f2.8 I will be comparing them soon if you have any questions about them it feel free to PM me thanks
Camera Nikon D600 with dust specs Lens 16-35mm F4.
Although these setting would change from situation to situation(Headlamp brightness ect....) This should give something to work with. Good luck happy shootings, Hope to see some cool stuff in the future from you all

YEah Sunny I need to get one. I just got this camera one day before the trip. I didn't have a release cord I used the 10 second timer instead and the 2 sec for the rest of my shots.
