I feel your pain, Shane. We've had to watch many fellow parents deal with that time when their kid is no longer playing, after it became such a big part of their lives for so long. The higher the level that any of those kids made it to, the tougher it was. Our time will come, but hopefully not anytime soon.

Our son plays shortstop for the Augusta Greenjackets (SF Giants single-A affiliate), #2.
