Anyone have issues with back focus? I have a x100t and I got some shots where I had people in the foreground, put the box on people at about 10ft in ovf mode, got confirmation with a green box, but the pic is focused at about 30 feet. I also shot some from the rear display, got face lock up and th.ose are back focused also? About 1/3 of the shots are in focus.
It was fairly dark, inside with some Christmas lights behind. 1/3 of the pics are still better than none because I ain't able to bring my 5dII....

I recently did encounter a similar incident while attending a ball. With relatively poor lighting, the X100T seemed to have locked on the face of my subject, providing me both with the green confirmation box and beep, but instead of the subjects being in focus, the background was. While this happens rarely for me, I don't find it too cumbersome at all. However, I do understand your slight annoyance when it does happen. Hopefully if and when Fuji decides to provide X100T users with a performance boosting firmware update (not suggesting we need one), it'll help with both focus accuracy and sensitivity. Preferably how firmware V.4.00 enabled the X-T1 to focus faster in dimmer light.
Just playing with the bokeh effects. Works of if you can get close, but if anything, the depth of field at normal distances is a benefit in most circumstances.
I wonder if the X100T price break is a sign of a new model coming? That is about what I remember the X100S going for when the 100T came out. If it has a true MF focus capability with the lens based markings, I'm in at hello. Otherwise I think I'll wait until the next Leica M gets announced and then go X, Xpro, M depending on what looks best.
Still really happy with my 'T'. It makes my 5DII go lonely...
PS- What are people's standard sharpening settings for RAF files in LR? I think I have a bias towards under sharpening.
The X100T is the only camera I currently own. (Aside from my phone) I never leave the house without it.
Here's a shot I like, that I normally would never have taken. I was riding back home after work and pulled over to take this shot from my motorcycle. A larger camera and I would never have taken it to work. If I only had my phone, I never would have stopped. Since I always have the camera with me, I'm spotting shots (most that I miss) without thinking about it. Such a fun camera.
