Thank you guys!
And what a nice set kings_freak! Number one is very delicate, great job!
As for X-Pro1, good price but it lacks diopter adjustment, so no go for me.
X-T1 is very tempting indeed... I have no immediate plans to order it; but have you heard about current and coming rebates for Fuji lenses? I plan to order 14 and 56 and then get ready for the body...

Yeah, I always thought that it was strange that the X-Pro1 didn't have that. No, I haven't heard about any upcoming rebates. I was thinking about just getting the body and an adapter for my Nikon lenses.

Ok, that's what I thought. Still time to save my money! Although, the X-Pro1 for $999 is pretty tempting.
I just picked up a used X-Pro1 and a 35/1,4. Not sure if I like it yet or not - going to give it a spin and see how it compares to using the X100S (and a WCL for wider angle). Obviously, different focal length - but an 18-35-60 prime kit might be kind of cool.
Paid a quick visit to Helsinki, Finland yesterday. May be it's in "the corner of the world" but it does look beautiful to me, even during this unusual 'melting' winter.
Something I've been wanting to do for ages, go out on a shoot with just the x100s. Wouldn't try it indoors but this seemed like the perfect opportunity. One shot also uses a Nikon SB-910 (+CTO) that I had in my I was quite happy with the results but I'm sure I'll get a few pointers. The best things were doing it all without a bag and using the EVF to dial in the right exposure there and then rather than doing it in ACR as my D700 often requires.
Looking at them all together I realise she's on the left in 9 out of 11 but it just looked better that way ...
