here is a B&W view in french Alps, on the other side of Val Ferret (italy) in massif du Mont Blanc:
Yikes.......how difficult is it to take a swipe or two and reduce the size to fit any screen. Takes about one second.
In fact it took you about 5 minutes to write the complaint! Waste of space.

HD? What's the point of this? The reason why people generally do not like large sizes is because it means the image ends up being larger than the screen and as a result the viewer has to scroll up and down and sideways in order to see the whole image. It seems rather pointless IMO. Some times going against the grain is great, other times, like now it's totally pointless and illogical.
I can't see your photo without serious scrolling which takes away impact from them as you can't see the whole image.
Some fave shots. The landscape shot was very underexposed - almost black (shot last Jan) - it was the first shot in the session, so that's why I ignored it. Very surprised to see that the D3X file can handle 2.5 stops of pushing and I can barely see any noise on the shadows. Otherwise the rest is from last weekend.
