$259; less 30% Platimun CPS, 20% Gold CPS

Ooops! Sorry. I thought "CPS price" meant repair price.

The CPS Canada purchase price for my EF 24-70/2.7L II was $2280 (before sales tax), in September 2012. It's probably less than that, now.
