We had snow and ice in the past two weeks here in the Netherlands. Today the rain started.....
A bit slow on the wildlife side (everything seems to be gone) but I had a great time being out there.

8) One of my favorite winter images. Perfect amount of fog to shoot straight into the sun.

Some really wonderful winterscapes Chris which have great composition and mood. A very cool frosty tree and nice peckers too.

Lovely set, Chris. That woody is a pretty bird and you captured him in a nice natural setting.

The moody landscapes are pretty too, and I especially like those birch trees.

Oh you got better and better with this set Chris! My thoughts were cold and bleak, not that it is a bad thing mind you, I was enjoying them and then I got to 7 and you blew me away. Wow that's a hanger if there ever was on Chris

Super job on that one closely followed by 8

Thanks a lot Eric.
I did spend many hour out there at below freezing temperature and had a great time.
I bought some good shoes and if I had better gloves I would be able to be out there until my nose falls off.

I had some great shooting conditions in the last two images.
There should be much more mornings like this when I'm able get out.
