Ken - Not even close I don't think. I've been up on Myrtle Lake in canoe, but didn't even shoot the falls at the outlet. This summer I hope we can walk up the river a ways from Dawson towards the lake as there rapids and such up there. Mosquitoes as well

Whoa, now that is COLD! I've never seen frozen water like that, stunning! However, I'm not sure I could handle that cold. In So Cal we think it's bitter cold when our bird baths get a thin sheet of ice on them.

Nancy - This is not cold, only -10 Celsius, I hope to get back after it's dropped to minus forty or so.
Then it will be frozen right across, it should be quite a sight
Love this set, Rob! the first image is stunning! I looked at it for good 5 minutes with real pleasure. Great angle in the next two images and you don't need a fast SS to freeze the water
Thanks for sharing these.
You have a wonderful 2013

Rob these are amazing and spectacular rolled into one! I am not if I more impressed by your photography or your willingness to brave what must have been pretty chilly temps to get these shots. I have a feeling we may be seeing these sights further south in the coming years....

Terrific images, Rob.
And once again, let me express my joy at seeing all these frozen-bits-of-water images posted by our FMers who live in such places.
