I am having an issue with Adorama and I could not remember who the lady from Adorama was who was on the FM forum, I wanted to PM her about the issues I am having.
I have never dealt with Adorama, but I would not hesitate to do so in the future. Especially with Helen Oster taking a genuine interest in issues and also contributing here. From previous responses, she appears to be a take no prisoners type. It is appreciated!!!
I have dealt with Adorama for over 10 years. The issues I have had have always been resolved professionally and required little or no followup.
Those issues that involved followup, with Helen's intervention, were resolved quickly!
She is an asset here on Fred Miranda.
For those NAPP members here on FM, we have a dedicated Adorama rep also in Jeff Snyder. I recommend doing all your ordering through him. He sends all orders out UPS and is reachable by toll free # and email. Check NAPP website for his contact info.
He has never let me down in many years ordering through him.

I can't do business with adorama as they started off shoring all their customer service. Really pisses me off when we call in and speak to somebody in the phillipines who really doesn't give a damn.

Helen Oster comes accross as a true troubleshooter, and not as an apologist for Adorama. Hers is a good show all around, kudos to her, as well as Adorama for having her.
