Great thread. Especially love Charles and Teh Rebels contributions.
This one is pretty recent, so maybe I'm biased but i think it's one of my best this year, especially as it was casually shot using magic lantern and ended up being pretty much exactly what I went out to shoot that day (something that never happens that often for me)

I would actually crop it horizontally just above the sun flare. The tree above doesn't add anything to the image, and the power of the deer with the meadow fading behind it is striking.

i like the tree in there. i would probably do some loCA correction of the branches though. out of curiousity, do those of you who would prefer a crop need to scroll to see the whole image?

Oh, and I can't resist mentioning the third one especially for those who think the ZE 85 f:1.4 is both useless and unuseable wide open...

Ah, it was a stitch, and I matched the perspective to the horizontal shots. I guess photographers intuitively "know" that the building should lean
