Thanks, Spencer, we needed this. Gorgeous pics as always. 1, 4, 15 and 16 are my faves, can't narrow it down anymore than that.
What's up with No. 7, though? It looks like a composite. It looks like she's running on a sunny, yet cloudy day with no shadows. Was it raining that day and you got the shot in the studio then put her in the desert?

This is the one weakness of the 5D3, first-curtain sync ONLY when using radio triggers. The only time you get 2nd curtain is with a hot-shoe flash That is what causes the dark line to the left of her.
But no, it was cloudy, no composite backgrounds. Just a simple 2 light setup.
Beautiful stuff; I could stare at your portraits all day and not get tired of them. I really like your framing and compositions. While I feel I'm slowly getting better at consistently hitting the right notes with respect to exposure, backgrounds and poses, by and large my images still bore the crap out of me.
Yours... very dynamic. I really like your work. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing. These are great and a nice variety! Always enjoy looking at your posts. Is #11 shot that way or modified in post to create that affect? If you don't mind sharing I'd be interested in your set up for that one. Doug

#11 is basically straight out of camera. No modifications. It took a few attempts to make sure the ball was visible still since it was so blurry though...

Thanks everyone for the comments!
I didn't realize that about using triggers with second curtain
