I saw him too, surely he can't be a Monkey follower (probably should be).

I saw him the next day, he lost the mask and replaced it with black tights, shorts, and snake boots.

Must be trying to make a Bosque Photo Fashion statement.

BTW: At first I wondered "who is that Masked Man"? Then I thought, since this is the Southwest, that it must be the Lone Ranger. I looked and looked for his white horse, but it could not be found.

So could it be a "Monkey Photo Club" WannaBe?

Besides wearing a mask, this old guy is wearing a golf hat while shooting birds.

Oh, if you look closely, his eyebrows are on the "wild-side". Thinning shears would help for "first impressions".
