What's funny is that about 30 seconds after I finished writing that, some fire truck sirens came by and ended at the school, just across the street from my house!!
Hydrants weren't needed as nothing was burning (thankfully!!).

Thanks Travis. Here's how it started....I used a B&W adjustment layer mask, then used a brush to reveal the hydrant. I tweaked the red to add a little more drama.....
