Some of these setups aren't exactly elegant looking but if it works for you then it works for you (in more ways than one).

Only with an assistant:
I have my einstein 640 + beauty dish with vml bracket for vagabond mini lithium on a manfrotto monopod.

W/o assistant:
CL-360 + lithium battery on the battery to lightstand bracket on a cheetah lightstand
