You may end up cursing us because catchlights will be all you can see. In the samples you linked, photog is intent on eliminating every shadow, hence the umbrellas left and right plus a reflector below. Directional light - soft or hard - better defines the facial contours. The dilated pupils indicate a lack of modelling lights... another sign of artificial studio rendition.

Rico, I've been cognizant of catchlights for a while now, but not to the extent of noticing umbrella spokes. It's funny how one can tell how someone was lit meerly by the size, shape, and placement of the catchlights...and of course, the shadows on the face (or lack thereof). I love this stuff!
