They're clearly not damaged files. Whether it looks like a 1) mistake, 2) a failed experiment in composition, or 3) a great moment captured from behind a redflowerbushthing so as not to disturb the couple seems mostly a matter of personal judgment.
The next question is whether the bride will notice the foreground element at all. Photographers immediately evaluate a photo's composition. Normal people immediately evaluate themselves in a photo, and may get to composition a few minutes later. So, if the bride likes the moment captured in this image, she might 1) hate the crap in the front, 2) be willing to overlook the crap in the front because she likes the moment, 3) like the crap in the front and think it contributes to the image, or 4) never give the crap in the front any thought because the moment is so fantastic she can't see anything else.
So I think your odds are pretty good, here, all things considered.
The bride might like these, but you shouldn't. The blobs are the biggest, brightest part of the picture and are really distracting and take away from the subject. Good picture, good expression, but would be stronger without the blobs.
I quite like them and they dont look like damaged files for us (I think) and most couples thought I would put in the album one of yours (which you will probably do) to make clear that there was a bunch of flowers behind, though as I said dont look damage to me ( I do it and never heard a comment for B&G about damage)
The subjects expressions are good captures. The red blobs of flowers do not help the image; far to distracting. I would try to find a quick way to crop out the red distracting blobs, if I could not I would toss both of them.
