You should be very happy with the shots your created.

2cents- in both of your shots labeled 3, try some recrop ping. Go square with the boy cropping with just a little space over his head. In the other, I don't care for the separation of the boy, go vertical crop without your son, and the two girls make a terrific composition.

Guy i agree with your comments. It was hard for me to crop the little guy out so i left him.
