The closest I know of would be the guy from LensCoat who's an FM member here. He made a cover for the one that B&H was selling a while back and as a 'perk', he got to use it for a bit and made a video or two and posted about it here.

I used one 6 months ago in Bangkok. Canon had one at the Foto Fair in Bangkok. Two days I used it half an hour each day.
I also used the similar sized/heavy Sigma 200-500mm f/2.8 EX DG those days
