I'm using Pexagon Tech. Getting the boxes are easy. The thumbdrives? Not so much. The lag time on thumbdrives lately is 2-3 weeks, so as soon as you can after their wedding, order them up. If you wait until you're images are done and you are pushing the limits of your delivery times, you may find yourself not meeting your contractual guarantees.

Agreed. Their promise is 7 business days but they took 10 or 11 with the last one I ordered even though I e-mailed on day 8. I am afraid this one is going to be the same. Good product, crap service.
Wow, really? I stocked up on boxes a while back when they had a huge sale. Glad I did. I love the foam insert. Keeps the drives nice and tight in the box.

I've found their service to be pretty good, actually. At least on that contact side of things. My "representative" is super helpful, and never takes more than 24 hours to get back to me. Last time there was a lag time she got back to me right away and told me they'd be in the mail in a few days. Sure enough, they were.

If it is a wedding, why not just order it in advance? You already know the b&g name. You add the files later. Only if you think the timing is that important. For me 10-11 days is not a big deal.
I'm on business day 10 right now and my order is still on Confirmed. During that time, they ran into two problems. One box was out of stock. The other was that my logo didn't upload properly. So they're doing something in those 10 days. Service has been quick to email me the problems. They don't reply to me though after I give them new directions. So far the experience is eh.

While not a big deal, the point is Pexagon Tech should deliver their goods on time, as advertised. 10-11 days was before it shipped. Tack on the shipping time and it was right around 13-14 days before I received the order. That's a far cry from 7 business days. If it's going to take 13-14 days, just be honest and say so.
They have been slow but I liked the end result... I emailed them and they said they were about three days behind. Getting ready to place an order for a customer who wants 35 of these things!
This thread is why I love this forum. I was thinking of going the thumb drive route and the info in this thread convinced me to anti up. Just ordered from FlashBay. That guy is fast!
The first time I ordered flash drives I got them from Pexagon. I ordered swivel drives, 4GB in size. They were NOT USB2 (as advertised) and more than half of them would end up being corrupted, so customers would get their drives and then email me asking about damaged files. Was lame. Just my experience with Pexagon.
Wow, thanks for the heads up Spencer... I really hope I have no issues with my batch I bought. Did Pexagon replace your drives? And who do you order from now?

Yeah Ive been having the same problem. I was thinking it was my computer at first, but I switched computers and still had missing files on the drives when they got to the client. I'm currently looking for a new company that has good presentations.

Spencer.... I was on the phone with Pexagon last week because some of my drives seemed not to be working. They told me that they had received a batch from a supplier that had issues last November (when I had ordered them) They replaced them, no questions asked and even sent me a few extras. We've gone through approximately 30 drives and only 2 of them were bad.
