Very nice series Bruce. You can see in the eyes of Contender #1 he's thinking, "Uh oh...", and the eyes of #2 Saying something along the lines of, "You want a piece of this?"
Great action shots. I like the way the streams of water and bursts of spray show the energy. Was the 400mm a concession to the long trek, or did it fit the closeness of your shooting position? In other words, how much did you crop to get these nice tight shots? (And thanks for giving me some rationale for going on these repeat photo forays.)

These are full frame with no cropping. I really wished I would have hade the 70-200. Bruce

Thanks Dennis, White water and dark bears made for difficult shooting conditions. Also the falls puts up a fog like mist that makes it even more difficult. Bruce
