You will be able to get the f2.8 PRO version next year!
I'm probably going to skip it, will probably get a combo of the 35-100/2.8 and the 50-200SWD instead, not because the 40-150 Pro is poor but rather because that gives me the choice between small (35-100) and more reach (50-200, which also can be used with 1.4x and 2x extenders). The 40-150 looks too big for the small kit I'm looking to be my standard, and lacks reach over the excellent 50-200 SWD (which is cheap as well, going for $700 or so these days on the used market) which will be my go-to when I need more reach (Airshows, wildlife, etc).
For reach I'm looking forward to the 150-350 PRO zoom. I am pretty sure it will be hand-holdable - compared to the Nikon or Canon 200-400 lens.

My new E-M1 finally came yesterday (thanks Adorama), and I took it downtown for a little shutter therapy. I still need to spend some time customizing the settings, but my initial impression is… awesome! Here are a few of my favorites. All were shot with the Panasonic/Leica 25 f/1.4 while I wait for Oly's new 12-40mm.
