Thank you very much, Bobby! I couldn't resist intersecting two current topics above, with a single photograph...

Thanks, Aaron! I couldn't resist...

Carsten, unfortunately, all too true. Eliminating the adapter and some back-end optics that apparently were added to the original design, and perhaps (if I understand the source of the original design correctly) a bit smaller barrel diameter would be small reductions in bulk and weight. Other than that, only reducing features and/or glass quality would reduce bulk, weight and cost. These thoughts and the supposedly upcoming hybrid E-5/E-M5 body justified this purchase for me.
Now if only Spring would finally reach us here in Vermont, I look ahead to getting out and finding some worthy subjects for this monster...

I doubt it. It would have to cover the same image circle. The advantage of a shorter flange distance is that you can move the rear elements of the design closer to the sensor when designing, but telephoto lenses often don't have anything close to the sensor anyway.
At 150mm the limiting size factor is aperture, not coverage. So a m43 150/2 is going to be roughly the same size as the 4/3rds, and roughly the same size as a 150/2 which covers 35mm,.

Cliffs of Moher, Co. Clare, Ireland with the pan 14-140 and for the last 2 pan 20 1.7
Absolutely loved the Cliffs of Moher. Such a beautiful place. Actually told my girls that's were I want my ashes scattered unless I come across another spectacular place before I die.
I just got a 12mm 2.0 and had a chance to give it a go yesterday.
All at 5.6 or 8 and two images merged
Nice lens and fst so it focuses well in low light but my 9-18 seems just as sharp stopped down.
There continues to be great images posted on this thread. Thanks to all for sharing.
Here are few I captured yesterday at the Owyhee Dam on the Owyhee River in Malheur County Oregon taken with the 20mm and 45mm. BW post processing in Topaz BW Effects.
