I have been using 7 strobes (soon to be 8) for the setup. Two in front, two on the sides, one high behind, one underneath, and one towards the background. I will post a picture of the setup tomorrow when I get back to my PC. I run them all in manual from 1/8 to 1/64 and balance the light as needed.

Brilliant shots....would there be any place for a reflector instead of additional flashes...as you may have surmised I have not done any multi-flash shooting.
