now that is a rough office...I won't complain about the mess in mine anymore!

I like the clutter, and the sense that whoever left, did so in a hurry.

The remarkable thing about this building is that the floor is inches deep with actual records, including (likely) sensitive information. Quite literally embodies abandoned/discarded. It boggles my mind that people could up and leave without taking all these documents with them.
