For back light, you need to add a bit of fill flash. I VERY, VERY rarely use flash (just a personal preference, not right vs. wrong) but in a case like this, you might want to give it a try. Your objective will be to even out the overall level of light.
Thank you Morris. The lighting was challenging, and I did not have my flash or better beamer with me . I think it would have been a good opportunity to use it.
So Birdie, do you like that new 500? Great set! Cheers, Andrew
Why, yes I do Thank you so much Andrew.
Nice set Birdie
I like the backlighting, third one is my pick
Hai
Thank you so much Hai!
Birdie, you and the 500 are obviously a match -- great shots and I think part of it is that you have a very good eye for selection. Thanks for showing these, they are top quality.
Mark
Mark, I really appreciate your very kind words.
I think you did very gooood for the lighting you had available.
Wacky roger
Thank you so much Roger !
I love back-lit shots Roberta and these are these are good... 2 and 3 are really sweet.
Well done.
Kirk
Kirk, thank you. Exploring backlighting is new and well challenging for me.
Another very nice set Birdie. You might want to check 1 though. It looks tilted to me. The rim light looks extra nice on 2 and 3 ~ Ron
Thank you Ron. Good eye and catch on the tilt! I had not noticed. Will have to fix that.
Lovely. You take to that lense like birdied to a 500mm...or something like that.
