quite often qualified using the word bastard which depending on context can be a term of respect, endearment, or in the case of a "useless pommie B.........." it is exactly what you might think it to mean. OTOH a Useless Bl...y Pommie B...... could be someones best friend
One could fill about a dozen pages of wikipeadia describing the various contexts so if you find yourself down under being described as a b........d the chances are you are being welcomed as an ok sort of bloke, unless you have just pinched his beer or done something equally as heinous.
