I live on gulf coast and have the exact same snake in same exact position on my Flickr page I took at the New Orleans Zoo....odds being same snake were decent enough for me to ask...great shot!

D800 has different crop modes, 1.5x is the DX mode. Because I have owned many copies of 105VR over the years, I know for the fact that it produces CA in certain conditions when shot wide open on DX bodies. So I wanted to test that in my test since I constantly use 1.2x and 1.5x crop modes either for the reach or for the laziness.
