Thank you! This one is mostly just flat light and -0.5EV compensation. IIRC I pulled the shadows down a little, and added a bit of simulated grain but I doubt it's visible in the web copy.
A few more from another walk. Some cormorants decided to stop by the local pond for a visit.
It then went from sunny and warm to cloudy and snow in the span of 10 minutes. Both me and this robin were struggling with the sudden change to our environment.
I've noticed some slightly worse results using the new "AI" noise reduction in the latest LightRoom Classic (15.3) so I decided to download a trial version of DxO PureRAW 6 for comparison.
If I thought I could consistently get results like this, I might consider going back to Fuji X-series gear...

identical settings aside from noise reduction and lens corrections
DxO Prime doing more than just NR, and not sure how "identical settings" comes in to play, so can you explain? Did you take out of camera RAW to DxO, do only NR, then into LR and do the same settings to each (RAF and DNG)...?
