Not great weather today but got a chance to test the X-E5 and 70-300 combo a Pease Air show. Not really why I bought this camera but thought what the heck. Airplane AF was OK I'd say. Because of conditions I really got the chance to see how much I could manipulate these files. Fuji is still way behind Sony in AF in my opinion. Unfortunately by the time the Blue Angels took off it started to pour. So had to head for cover.
The cloud cover over here didn't allow me to photograph the full red moon phase, but I was able to capture couple of atmospheric shots in the end, with my X-T30II and XF 55-200mm lens on a tripod. Wish I had something longer. I think I might upgrade to XF 70-300mm plus teleconverters at some point.

Just picked up the Sigma 17-40 1.8 for my X-E5 and it is such a lovely lens. Continually impressed by what it can do with this beautiful little sensor.
