Yeah, I traded a bunch of old gear in February, always wanted to give the 56mm a try so the guy at my local camera shop spent 3 hours with me to get me setup. I think it fits well with my Df setup!
The 56mm 1.2R is a tremendous lens...the color and out of focus rendering can create some magical photos in the soft evening light...

I havent seen much about the Viltrox so I cant say...however for what I photograph the 56mm upgrade wasn't necessary, I can still use the older version to get pics of the pups in action on the XT4 when needed.
Okay speaking of lenses, I got a "like new" XF35mm F1.4 the other day. I love the idea that I can use my old Nikon 52mm closeup lens filters on it.
