Here's a few from the previous week and this weekend. Mostly with 16 1.4 and the kit lens. The bug shots are with the 90 with extension tube. I was testing the autofocus with the extension tube on. Not terrible but doubt it would track a bee.
Last shot is me working in one of our garden beds. My puppy uncovered a burrow of baby rabbits in one of the beds and we quickly covered them back up. I think there were three to five in there with their eyes barely open. Spread flour all around the spot to see if the mother returns and if not we'll have operation bunny rescue tomorrow.
Some selfies my daughter took. These photos to me are what Fuji is all about. A true camera, not great big honking body and 2lbs of glass hanging on it, but a camera as at home with a small girl as it is with me snapping random things and documenting as cameras do. Candid fun and experimentation that is unhindered by the technology of digital capture behind it even For even a child. And even though I edited these in a vintage style, the noise is just that awesome Fuji noise that gives them soul over sanitary perfection.
I had a chance to play with really high ISO on my X-T2 at an indoor horse pull on the weekend. The lighting is really terrible, dark, & uneven. I shot these at ISO 12,800, and I'm blown away!
Unfortunately, the background is very busy in these shots, but I'm so pleased this camera can perform so well in light that is so low.
These were shot as jpgs, and they have had no extra noise reduction.
Love the draught horses.
We had one on our property which had a problem with briar bushes
One man using our Clydesdale (Big Toby) could comfortably pull more briars in a day than two men with a tractor
He had the most gentle temperament

A few pics with my 23 f/1.4 of my nieces 14 mnth old daughter Violet. Took a while before she got used to me pushing the camera into her face and even then they are crops. Looks like a 56 F/2 is required :-)
